Lititz Borough – The LBPD currently holds an active arrest warrant for Kenneth MARCELLUS, age 21, last known address of Lancaster for Criminal Contempt of a Court Order.   

On 02/27/2020, the LBPD received a report from a Victim that they had been contacted by MARCELLUS in violation of a valid protection from abuse order.
