Lititz Borough – The LBPD currently holds an active felony arrest warrant for Thomas O. LYONS III, age 32, last known address of Steelton for Theft by Deception.

On 11/8/2019, the LBPD Criminal Investigation Division received a report from a Victim that they had been deceived into issuing two checks to LYONS totaling $8,000 under the pretense that the Victim was investing this money into a business.   LBPD CID conducted an investigation and determined LYONS was not affiliated with any business entity.
