Lititz Borough – On January 4, 2025, Officers from the Lititz Borough Police Department received a report of threats from a female. The female reported that Devante Robert CROSBY had sent her twenty-three (23) text messages in which he threatened to kill the female and her two-year-old son. In the messages CROSBY wrote that he would kill the victim and her child, that he would shoot them both in the face, that he will break the two-year-old's neck, that he will have her dragged out of the house, that he would shoot her child in-between the eyes, and that if she does not respond to him, he will turn her world upside down.

Based on this information, Officers filed charges against CROSBY for terroristic threats and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
