The LBPD arrested John Stephen FARRAH II, age 41, of Lancaster, on an active felony arrest warrant.

On 04/12/2021 at around 2:57pm, an LBPD officer observed FARRAH at the District Court and discovered he has a warrant for his arrest.  The warrant was issued as the result of charges filed by another police department.  FARRAH was presented to the District Court and bail was set at $750,000 dollars.  FARRAH was unable to post bail and transported to the Lancaster County Prison to await further legal process on the warrant.  There are no new charges associated with this event.

FARRAH is presumed innocent.
