The LBPD investigated a Hit-and-Run crash that occurred on 08/01/2020 at around 12:25am in the 1^st block of Kleine Lane.  Officers were able to identify Harold ROOT 4th, age 24, of Lititz as the driver of the striking vehicle.   The crash occurred when ROOT backed into a legally parked unoccupied vehicle.  No one was injured in the crash and neither vehicle required towing.  ROOT was cited by police for accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. 

ROOT is presumed innocent.
