FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The LBPD patrol function filed a summary non-traffic citation against Christina Marie KIRCHNER (age 26), of Lancaster, alleging the crime of Disorderly Conduct.

On 01/27/2020 around 6:57 PM, police responded to the 200 Block of East Main Street following a 911 caller's report about KIRCHNER being observed smoking Marijuana inside her parked vehicle.  As a result of the investigation, KIRCHNER was cited with Disorderly Conduct for possession a small amount of Marijuana.  KIRCHNER was released from the scene and has been summoned to respond to District Court.

KIRCHNER is presumed innocent.
