LITITZ BOROUGH - On 04/15/2021 around 1:36 PM, LBPD patrol officers responded to a 911 caller's report about two drivers arguing at the intersection of South Broad Street (SR0501) & East Second Avenue.
Upon the arrival of patrol officers, one driver remained there while the other driver had left prior to police arrival. In speaking with the driver who remained, they reported that the other driver cut them off. This angered the driver who said he gave the other driver "the finger." Both vehicles continued traveling until they reached the intersection, where they each exited their vehicle and engaged in a verbal confrontation. No allegations of physical assault or property damage were made. The driver who left prior to police arrival has not been identified. There are no criminal charges associated with this event.
