Lititz Borough - On December 11, 2020, the Lititz Borough Police Department presented Officer Christopher Armato with the 2020 Officer of the Year Award.  Officer Armato was selected for this recognition by his peers.  Officer Armato was presented with a medal and citation.  The citation read as follows; 

The Lititz Borough Police Department has systems in place to recognize exceptional performance by its members, to include a recognition as the police officer of the year.  The recipient is selected by their peers, which adds an additional layer of prestige.

This prestigious award recognizes outstanding achievement and performance in law enforcement.  This award is presented to an officer who has exceeded the duty requirements of their position by demonstrating a distinct pattern of community service and/or professional achievement.  Your achievements reflect well on your personal and professional commitment to the Lititz Borough Police Department and the Borough of Lititz.  This award is presented with appreciation and recognition of your achievement and success.
