LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD appreciates and recognizes the effort and commitment the officers and staff of the LBPD put forth to produce positive Community relationships and safe outcomes for the Lititz Community.

For the LBPD, the delivery of high-quality police services and positive Community relationship outcomes is the result of not only a credible framework for the administration of policy and procedure consistent with Accreditation standards, but the internalization by LBPD officers and staff of an organizational culture which is rooted in a community-oriented style of policing.

Although today, March 5th, is National Employee Appreciation Day, the LBPD is thankful for the efforts that the officers and staff continually provide every day of the year for the benefit of the Lititz Community!
