Lancaster City – The LBPD donated twelve unclaimed bicycles to the Common Wheel Bicycle Shop in Lancaster to be used for their programs.   The Common Wheel is a non-profit community focused organization where both youth and adults learn the basic maintenance and riding skills necessary to make cycling a part of everyday life.  To Learn more about the Common Wheel visit their website at www.thecommonwheel.com .
