LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD is encouraging drivers in the Lititz area, and beyond, to take advantage of child safety seat checks during National Child Passenger Safety Week, September 19-25. 

The LBPD offers as a free community resource, an officer who is a SafeKids-certified car seat technician, who will review citizen-owned child safety / booster seats and teach proper installation and use. 

If you are interested in this free service, simply email SafeKids@LititzPD.org. This free service is offered all year-long, with emphasis during this week.
