LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function has filed a juvenile allegation against a 14 year-old male juvenile from the Lititz area, alleging he committed the crime of Terroristic Threats. 

The allegation was prepared in response to an incident which occurred on 04/09/2021 around 4:15 PM on North Oak Street, when the juvenile is alleged to have made several comments towards other juveniles threatening to commit a crime of violence against them. The allegation was submitted to the Lancaster County Office of Juvenile Probation. Due to the age of the juvenile, the name and other identifying information is not being released.

The juvenile is presumed innocent.
