LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function conducted a personal injury crash investigation on 07/02/2021 at 9:48 AM at the intersection of West Orange Street (SR0772) & South Spruce Street.

A vehicle driven by Stefanie L. BOYCE, age 40, of Lititz, entered into the intersection without clearance, and was struck by an approaching vehicle driven by Timothy D. KING, age 57, of Mount Joy. BOYCE was transported by ambulance to a hospital for non-life threatening injuries sustained in the crash. Both vehicles required towing. A summary traffic citation has been filed against BOYCE alleging she violation the PA Vehicle Code, section Duties at Stop Signs. BOYCE has been summoned to respond to District Court.

BOYCE is presumed innocent.
