LITITZ BOROUGH - The Lititz Lions Club 30th Patriotic Parade & Entertaining is scheduled for Monday, July 3, 2023. Here is information that might be helpful for those who are attending the parade or those who will be traveling in or around the Downtown District. The LBPD urges everyone who will be attending the parade or traveling around the Borough of Lititz to anticipate increased volumes of pedestrian and vehicular traffic, anticipate roadway closures and parking restrictions, plan travel routes ahead of time, allow extra travel time, and use caution when traveling in and around the Borough of Lititz.

Parade start date and time:
Monday, July 3, 2023 at 6:30 pm (rain date is Tuesday, July 4, 2023, at 10:00 am - same route).
Parade route:
Start: East Main Street & Locust Street > west-bound on East Main Street > left turn (southbound) on South Broad Street > right turn (westbound) on West Orange Street > End at Warwick High School.
Parking restrictions:
The parade route and staging areas have been posted as "no parking." The parking restrictions are as follows:
Parade route: 07/03/2023 starting at 4:00 pm and lasting until after the parade is over.
Staging areas: 07/03/2023 starting at 4:00 pm and lasting until after the parade is over.
Road closures and detours:
The parade route and staging areas will be closed to vehicular traffic. The road closures are as follows:
Parade route: 07/03/2023 starting at 5:45 pm and lasting until after the parade is over.
Staging areas: 07/03/2023 starting at 5:15 pm and lasting until after the parade is over.
There are two detour routes, one for large trucks (red route) and another for smaller passenger vehicles (blue route). Both detour routes are posted to assist motorist navigate around the Borough of Lititz.
