The LBPD investigated a hit and run crash that occurred on 10/23/2020 at 3:15pm in the first block of East Main Street.  The crash occurred when a School Bus driven by Shirlene MILLER, age 54, of Manheim, side-swiped a legally parked, occupied vehicle.  MILLER did not stop at the scene and did not report the collision.  No one was injured in the collision and neither vehicle required towing. 

Traffic Citations were filed against MILLER for Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic and Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicles or Property.

MILLER is presumed innocent.
