The LBPD has filed non-traffic citations against Orlando CRUZ, age 42, and Marielys COLON-ROBLES, age 30, both of Lititz for Harassment.

On 07/01/2020 at around 7pm, Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Hummingbird Drive for a disturbance.  When Officers arrived, they located CRUZ and COLON-ROBLES.   Officers learned that CRUZ and COLON-ROBLES were involved in an altercation in which they both subjected each other to unwanted physical contact.  CRUZ and COLON-ROBLES will be summoned to appear in court. 

CRUZ and COLON-ROBLES are presumed innocent.
