The LBPD has filed a Non-Traffic citation against Eric Alonzo FREEMAN, age 26, of Lancaster, for Disorderly Conduct.

On 12/23/2019 at around 6:09pm, Officers responded to the 1^st block of Kleine Lane for a disturbance.  When Officers arrived they located FREEMAN and the Victim.  The Victim reported that FREEMAN shook them causing their head to strike the steering wheel of a vehicle causing minor injuries.  FREEMAN was released from the scene and will be summoned to appear in court.

FREEMAN is presumed innocent.
