The LBPD filed a summary non-traffic citation against Joseph Paul WEITZEL, age 24, of Lititz for Disorderly Conduct.

On 08/09/2019 at around 11:13am, an Officer stopped a vehicle on Kissel Hill Road in the area of Oxford Drive after observing the vehicle speeding on East Sixth Street.  During the stop Officers found WEITZEL to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.    WEITZEL and the driver were subsequently released from the scene and WEITZEL will be summoned to court.

WEITZEL is presumed innocent.
