The LBPD has filed several citations against Steven M. HESS, age 60, of Lititz for Criminal Mischief, Criminal Trespass and Public Drunkenness.  

On 03/20/2020 at around 4pm, Officers were dispatched to the 1st block of West Maple Street for a disturbance.  When Officers arrived, they learned that HESS has become involved in a dispute over cigarettes.  During the dispute HESS remained inside a residence after being asked to leave.  HESS did eventually leave the residence.  HESS then went to another residence of South Spruce Street where he broke a window.  Officers then located HESS in the 1st block of South Broad Street.  When Officers made contact with HESS, they discovered he was under the influence of alcohol and bleeding from breaking the window.  HESS was arrested and transported to the LBPD.   HESS was later released and the citations were filled against him.  HESS will be summoned to appear in Court.  

HESS is presumed innocent.
