LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 05/16/2021 at 6:01 AM at the intersection of South Broad Street (SR0501) & West Second Avenue.

A vehicle driven by Gabriel CAPELLAN ACOSTA, age 18, of Lititz, left the roadway and struck a tree adjacent to the side of the road, resulting in his vehicle overturning onto its roof. No injuries were reported. A summary traffic citation has been filed against CAPELLAN ACOSTA alleging he violated the PA Vehicle Code, section Roadways Laned for Traffic. CAPELLAN ACOSTA has been summoned to respond to District Court.

CAPELLAN ACOSTA is presumed innocent.
