LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 04/16/2021 at 8:23 PM in the 400 Block of South Broad Street (SR0501).

A vehicle driven by Travis M. MURTHA, age 18, of Lititz, struck the rear of the vehicle ahead of him, driven by Joshua T. BOWMAN, age 22, of Manheim. No injuries were reported but MURTHA's vehicle required towing.  A summary traffic citation was filed against MURTHA, alleging he committed the traffic offense of Following Too Closely. MURTHA has been summoned to respond to District Court.

MURTHA is presumed innocent.
