The LBPD investigated a crash that occurred on 11/14/2020 at around 2:03pm at the intersection of South Broad Street and West Second Avenue.  The collision occurred when a vehicle driven by Darrell SNYDER, age 56, of Lititz failed to stop for a red traffic signal and struck a vehicle driven by J. HERSHEY, age 55, of Lititz.  SNYDER’s vehicle then continued and struck a vehicle driven by Jennifer LIGGETT, age 49, of Lititz.  No one was injured in the collision, but all three vehicles were disabled and required towing.

SNYDER was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. 

SNYDER is presumed innocent.
