The LBPD investigated a crash that occurred on 10/22/2020 at 6:45pm at the intersection on North Locust Street and North Water Street.  The crash occurred when a vehicle driven by Kyin SHWE, age 40, of Lititz proceeded without clearance after stopping and was struck by a vehicle driven by Tara BRACKBILL, age 41, of Lititz.  BRACKBILL was injured in the collision and was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.  Both vehicles were disabled in the collision and were towed from the scene. 

A traffic citation for vehicles entering or crossing roadways was filed against SHWE. 

SHWE is presumed innocent.
