FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 08/10/2019 at 11:50 AM on East New Street at the intersection of Seaber Lane.

A vehicle driven by Ashley E. MAYOR, age 26, of Lititz, entered onto East New Street from Seaber Lane, failing to yield to the right-of-way of a vehicle driven by Kelly L. SCHERER, age 28, of Lititz.  No injuries were reported.  A summary traffic citation was filed against MAYOR alleging a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section Emerging from Alley, Driveway or Building.  MAYOR has been summoned to respond to District Court.

MAYOR is presumed innocent.
