FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 07/25/2019 at 1:10 PM in the 000 Block of Pennwick Drive.

A vehicle driven by Kino E. MIRELES (age 26), of Lititz, left the roadway and struck light pole along the side of the road.  MIRELES was not injured but his vehicle required towing.  A summary traffic citation has been filed, alleging a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section Roadways Laned for Traffic.  MIRELES has been summoned to respond to District Court.

MIRELES is presumed innocent.
