LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a written juvenile allegation against a 17 year-old male juvenile.

On 08/22/2020 at 12:15 AM, a patrol officer stopped the vehicle which was driven by the 17 year-old for a traffic violation which occurred in the 700 Block of South Broad Street (SR0501).  During the course of the traffic stop, it is alleged that the 17 year-old was found to be in possession of Cocaine and Marijuana.  Additionally, the 17 year-old was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and alcoholic beverages.  The 17 year-old was taken into custody and later released to an adult.

The 17 year-old is presumed innocent.
