LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD has filed a juvenile allegation against a 17-year-old male juvenile from Lititz, alleging he committed the crime of Theft by Unlawful Taking. On 03/23/2022 the LBPD patrol function initiated an investigation related to the theft of Apple AirPods from the Warwick High School. The investigation ultimately revealed the identity of the juvenile who committed the theft. The AirPods have been recovered and the juvenile has been summoned into Juvenile Probation.  No other identifying information about the juvenile is being released due to their age.

The juvenile is presumed innocent.
