Juvenile Arrest - Terroristic Threats

LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function has filed a juvenile allegation against a 14-year-old male juvenile from the Lititz area, alleging he committed the crime of Terroristic Threats. 

The allegation was prepared in response to an incident which occurred on 10/16/25 around 3:30pm on E Second Avenue.  LBPD was dispatched to a report of domestic disturbance where a juvenile was being physically aggressive towards family members. The juvenile at one point had a knife and admitted to retrieving the knife and making threatening statements.

The allegation was submitted to the Lancaster County Office of Juvenile Probation. Due to the age of the juvenile, the name and other identifying information is not being released.

The juvenile is presumed innocent.
