LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 10/20/2021 at 7:40 AM at the intersection of South Broad Street (SR0501) & East Lemon Street.

A vehicle driven by Nancy LITZENBERGER, age 70, of Lititz, entered into the intersection without yielding to the right-of-way of a vehicle driven by Bridget K. MULLEN, age 27, of Lititz. No injuries were reported. A summary traffic citation has been filed against LITZENBERGER, alleging she violated the PA Vehicle Code, section titled Duties at Stop Signs. LITZENBERGER has been summoned to respond to District Court.

LITZENBERGER is presumed innocent.
