LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 08/10/2021 at 2:47 PM in the 700 Block of South Broad Street (SR0501).

A vehicle driven by Philip MUSSER, age 44, of Manheim, struck a vehicle ahead of him in the travel lane, which had stopped in the lane, driven by Brittney T. INNOCENT, age 28, of Cleona. No injuries were reported by MUSSER's vehicle required towing from the scene. A summary traffic citation has been filed against MUSSER, alleging he committed the summary traffic offense of Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed. MUSSER has been summoned to respond to District Court.

MUSSER is presumed innocent.
