LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 05/03/2022 around 2:40 PM in the 200 Block of North Broad Street (SR0501).
A vehicle driven by Laura R. REINHART, age 19, of Lititz, struck the rear of the vehicle ahead of her, driven by Steven A. RANDLER, age 50, of Ephrata. No injuries were reported but REINHART's vehicle required towing. A summary traffic citation has been filed against REINHART, alleging she committed a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section Following Too Closely. REINHART has been summoned to respond to District Court.
REINHART is presumed innocent.
