LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 04/23/2022 around 8:29 PM in the 200 Block of East Main Street (SR0772).

A vehicle driven by John P. RUSSO, age 40, of Lititz, struck a legally parked, unoccupied, vehicle. Minor injuries were reported and both vehicles were towed from the scene. A summary traffic citation has been filed against RUSSO, alleging he committed a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic. RUSSO has been summoned to respond to District Court.

RUSSO is presumed innocent.
