LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function is investigating a report of a hit-and-run involving a 14 year-old juvenile, who was struck by a vehicle while attempting to the street in a marked crosswalk.

It was reported on 05/20/2022, around 7:15 AM, the juvenile was attempting to cross the street utilizing a marked crosswalk on North Broad Street, near the Lititz Springs Park. The juvenile received hospital-based care for non-life-threatening injuries sustained in the crash. The striking vehicle, was traveling north-bound on North Broad Street, and is described as a light tan colored SUV, being driven by a female driver. No other vehicle description is available.
