LITITZ BOROUGH -  The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 09/09/2020 at 8:20 PM at the intersection of South Spruce Street & West Sixth Street.

A vehicle driven by Daylin T. PETTITT (age 25), of Lititz, failed to stop for a posted stop sign and struck a vehicle driven by a 17 year-old male juvenile.  No injuries were reported, but the juvenile's vehicle required towing due to disabling damage.  A summary traffic citation was filed against PETITT, alleging a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section Duties at Stop Signs.  PETTITT has been summoned to respond to District Court.

PETTITT is presumed innocent.
