LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 12/09/2020 at 5:41 PM in the 300 Block of South Broad Street (SR0501).

A vehicle driven by Laura A. SOUSA, age 33, of Lititz, left her lane of travel and struck a legally parked (unoccupied) vehicle.  No injuries were reported. A summary traffic citation has been filed against SOUSA alleging a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section Roadways Laned for Travel.  SOUSA has been summoned to respond to District Court.

SOUSA is presumed innocent.
