LITITZ BOROHGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 08/13/2020 at 10:09 PM in the 600 Block of Kissel Hill Road.

A vehicle driven by Madison J. KREIDER (age 21), of Lititz, left the roadway and struck a legally parked (unoccupied) vehicle.  No injuries were reported but both vehicles required towing. A summary traffic citation was filed against KREIDER alleging a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section Careless Driving.  KREIDER has been summoned to respond to District Court.

KREIDER is presumed innocent.
