LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 08/26/2020 at 11:07 PM in the 300 Block of North Lane.

A vehicle driven by Kay HEIN (age 52), of Manheim, left the roadway before striking a fence and legally parked vehicle.  No injuries were reported but HEIN's vehicle required towing.  A summary traffic citation was filed against HEIN alleging a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section Turning Movements and Required Signals.  HEIN has been summoned to respond to Magisterial District Court.

HEIN is presumed innocent.
