LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD, along with the rest of our Nation, feel the sorrow of the tragedy that happened in Uvalde, TX.
With the assistance of federal, state and local partners, we constantly monitor situations locally and nationally. While there are no known threats locally, we remain vigilant. We are committed to the safety of our entire community, which includes the students, staff and campuses of the Warwick School District.
As always, we encourage anyone who has a concern to report it immediately.
For many years, the LBPD has had a strong presence in and around our Borough school campuses. Community members should expect to continue seeing that presence. LBPD and WSD leadership continually work together to ensure the safety of students, staff and campuses. We are united in that commitment to our community.
