LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Nicholas SUDBURY, age 24, of Manheim, alleging he committed the crime of Retail Theft.

On February 14, 2025 at approximately 7:22 am, LBPD was dispatched to Weis Market for a shoplifter in custody.  With video surveillance Weis' Retail Crime Investigator determined that SUDBURY had stolen over $764 worth of merchandise over the course of two months.

SUDBURY has been summoned to District court for preliminary arraignment and a preliminary hearing.

SUDBURY is presumed innocent.
