LITITZ BOROUGH - The Lititz Borough Police Department filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Marie C. COLLAZO, age 33, of Lititz, alleging she committed the crime of Simple Assault-Domestic Violence. On 09/20/2025, at approximately 10:07 PM, Lititz Borough Police officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Golden Street. It was reported that COLLAZO head-butted and punched the victim in his face causing bleeding. COLLAZO was taken for immediate preliminary arraignment and committed to Lancaster County Prison. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled.

COLLAZO is presumed innocent.
