SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 12-30-15 police were dispatched to the 3200 block of Harrisburg Pike for a report of a domestic in progress. Upon arrival, officers were told that the suspect, Eli  J.BURNS (36), had run from the scene. Suspect was eventually taken into custody and  charged with Simple Assault and Harassment and taken to LCP.

-CURFEW VIOLATION: On 12-30-15 at approximately 11pm,  police were dispatched to the area of Empire Circle and Woodworth Drive for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, police observed a young female run from the vehicle. The vehicle attempted to leave the scene but was pulled over by the officers. Upon investigating, police cited the 17 year old male driver of the vehicle and a 14 year old female for curfew violations.  

-THEFT FROM VEHICLE:  On 12-30-15 police were dispatched to UPS on Enterprise Road for a report of a theft from vehicle.  Victim reported that while his locked vehicle was parked in the employee lot, unknown individuals entered his vehicle and stole a Samsung Galaxy and cash. Total loss: $350.00.
