INSTITUTIONAL VANDALISM: On 9-20-19 a 17-year old male student of East Petersburg, a 15-year old male student of east Petersburg and a 15-year old male student of Lancaster were charged with Institutional Vandalism (M2) and Conspiracy to Commit Institutional Vandalism, following an investigation into a damaged shelf in one of the boy’s bathrooms at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave on this same date. Estimated value of damage $90.98.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 9-21-19 police conducted a traffic stop in the first block of Rohrerstown Rd. The driver, Reimond Garcia (52) of Columbia, was found to have a Lancaster County bench warrant. Garcia was taken into custody and turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 9-23-19 Judah Trimby (28) of Airville was charged with Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a traffic stop 9-20-19 in the 2700 block of Shenck Rd.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 9-23-19 police were dispatched to the first block of W Main St for a vandalism complaint. Sometime between 9-22-19 at 1200 hrs and 9-23-19 at 1030 hrs, actor(s) place sugar in the gas tank of a vehicle. Estimated value of damage $350.00.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 9-24-19 Kim Rishell (49) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from an incident at Turkey Hill, 2171 Columbia Ave, on 9-16-19 at 0923 hr.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 9-24-19 Troy Beinhauer (23) of Lancaster was charged with 4 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M), Possession of Marijuana (M), Possession of Paraphernalia (M) and 2 summary traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop on Harrisburg Pk in the area of Sylvan Rd on 9-2-19.
FORGERY: On 9-25-19 at 0804 hrs police conducted a traffic stop at 165 Rohrerstown Rd. Following investigation, Alexander Hernandez-Rivera (41) of Columbia was found to have forged inspection and emission stickers affixed to his windshield. He was subsequently charged with 2 counts of Possess/Sale/Use Display Documents (M1) and several summary traffic violations.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 9-26-19 a 17-year old female student of Mount Joy and a 15-year old female student of Mount Joy were cited with Disorderly Conduct, stemming from an altercation at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, this same date.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 9-26-19 police conducted a traffic stop on Stony Battery Rd in the area of Nolt Rd. The driver, Aaron Weems (40) of Conestoga, was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. Weems was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.
ENDANGERING WELFARE OF CHILDREN: On 9-28-19 police observed Katie Creveling (37) of Philadelphia driving in restricted areas of the East Hempfield Township parking lot, 1700 Nissley Rd. Following investigation, Creveling was taken into custody and charged with Endangering Welfare of Children (F2), Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2), Driving Under the Influence (M) and Trespass by Motor Vehicle (S). Creveling was transported to Lancaster County Prison.
SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 9-27-19 police were dispatched to the 700 block of Rohrerstown Rd for a domestic incident. Following investigation, Rafael Molina Escalera (28) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault-DV (M2) and Harassment (S) and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Molina Escalera was located 9-28-19 in the 700 block of Rohrerstown Rd, taken into custody for the warrant and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
RETAIL THEFT: On 9-30-19 Jasmine Williams was charged with Retail Theft (M1) and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On 8-9-19 Williams was observed on video surveillance removing a customized cake (valued at $235.00) from Stauffer’s of Kissel Hill Supermarket, 301 Rohrerstown Rd, without making payment.
