POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 9/11/20 THRU 9/22/20

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT:  On 9-11-20 police responded to the 300 block of Barbara St for a suspicious vehicle.  Following investigation, Troy Delong (33) of Mountville was charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Assault (F2), Resisting Arrest (M2), Simple Assault (M2), Loitering and Prowling at Night (M3), Public Drunkenness (S) and 2 summary traffic violations.  Delong was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison. 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 9-12-20 at 1532 hrs police responded to Marietta Ave in the area of Barr Blvd for a two-vehicle crash.  Following investigation, Keegan Tymon (30) of Lancaster was charged with Driving Under the Influence (M) and multiple summary traffic violations.

THEFT: On 9-12-20 police responded to the 800 block of Robin Rd for a theft report.  Sometime between 9-11-20 at 2300 hrs and 9-12-20 at 0600 hrs, actor(s) removed 2 political signs from a yard.  Total estimated value of los $25.90.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 9-14-20 a 13-year old female student of Columbia was charged with Disorderly Conduct (M3), stemming from an incident 9-2-20 at Landisville Middle School, 340 Mumma Dr.

STALKING: On 9-14-20 Jordan Phillips (22) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Stalking (M1) and Harassment (M3), stemming from multiple incidents between 7-8-20 and 9-7-20 in the 1700 block of Marietta Ave.  A warrant was issued for Phillips arrest, he was taken into custody in Manheim Township and transported to Lancaster County Prison this same date.

THEFT OF VEHICLE PARTS: On 9-14-20 police responded to the Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center, 101 Champ Blvd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 9-2-20 and 9-14-20, actor(s) removed catalytic converters from seven vehicles.  Total estimated value of loss $2,450.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 9-14-20 police received a vandalism report in the 1700 block of S Colebrook Rd.  Sometime between 9-12-20 at 2100 hrs and 9-13-20 at 0900 hrs, actor(s) removed a political sign from the yard, tore it into pieces.  Total estimated value of damage $12.00.

THEFT: On 9-15-20 a 17-year old male of Landisville was charged with 2 counts of Theft (F3), Criminal Conspiracy-Theft, Receiving Stolen Property (M1) and Criminal Mischief (S), a 15-year old male of Mount Joy was charged with Theft (F3), Criminal Conspiracy-Theft and Criminal Mischief (S), a 14-year old male of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Theft (M1), Criminal Conspiracy-Theft and Receiving Stolen Property (F3), a 16-year old male of Landisville was charged with 2 counts of Receiving Stolen Property (F3) and Receiving Stolen Property (M1), and a 17-year old male of Lititz was charged with Receiving Stolen Property (F3), stemming from five separate reports of stolen bicycles and a motorcycle in August 2020.  The thefts occurred in the 200 and 400 blocks of Church St, 300 block of Wissler Way and the 200 block of Lania Dr.

TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 9-17-20 a 15-year old female student of Lancaster was charged with Terroristic Threats (M1) and Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 9-8-20 at River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir.

THEFT: On 9-17-20 police received a theft report in the 1000 block of Ladderback Dr.  Sometime between 9-16-20 at 2100 hrs and 9-17-20 at 0842 hrs, actor(s) removed a political sign from the yard.  Total estimated value of loss $30.00.

THEFT:  On 9-17-20 police received a theft report in the 800 block of Dorsea Rd.  Sometime between 0630-1300 hrs this date, actor(s) removed a political sign from the yard.  Total estimated value of loss $12.00.

THEFT: On 9-17-20 police received a theft report in the 1100 block of Snapper Dam Rd.  Sometime between 9-16-20 at 2100 hrs and 9-17-20 at 1519 hrs, actor(s) removed a political sign from the yard.  Total estimated value of loss $12.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 9-19-20 police received a vandalism report in the 200 block of Winding Hill Dr.  Sometime on 9-17-20, actor(s) cut a “No Soliciting” sign on the property.  Total estimated value of damage $100.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 9-21-20 police responded to Intricate Precision Manufacturing, 2970 Old Tree Dr, for a vandalism report.  At 1138 hrs this date, a witness observed three males knock over multiple political signs.  Unknown value of damage at this time.
