VIOLATION OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA ACT: On 8-21-20 Allison Dozier was charged with Violation of Medical Marijuana Act (M3), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), Possession of Marijuana (M), Fail to Carry License (S), Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages (S) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a traffic stop 8-17-20 on Route 30 eastbound in the area of Rohrerstown Rd.

HARASSMENT: On 8-21-20 Ryan Hostetter (40) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S) and Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 8-19-20 at Turkey Hill, 901 Nissley Rd.

THEFT: On 8-21-20 police responded to the 300 block of Wissler Way for a stolen bicycle.  Sometime between 2315-2345 hrs on 8-20-20, actor(s) removed a purple 26” Bliss bicycle from a yard.  Total estimated value of loss $515.00.

THEFT: On 8-21-20 police responded to the 200 block of Lania Dr for a stolen motorcycle.  Sometime between 2130 hrs on 8-20-20 and 0630 hrs on 8-21-20, actor(s) removed a blue Yamaha TTR 50 motorcycle from a carport.  Total estimated value of loss $800.00

THEFT: On 8-21-20 police received a reported theft from Rohrerstown Elementary School, 2200 Noll Dr.  Sometime between 3-13-20 and 8-21-20, actor(s) removed a 13” Viola with case from the school’s storage room.  Total estimated value of loss $400.00.

THEFT: On 8-22-20 police responded to the 200 block of Lania Dr for a stolen bicycle report.  Sometime between 0000-0430 hrs on this date, actor(s) removed a blue 18” Dynacraft DC83 bicycle and a black & gray Razer electric bicycle from a porch.  Total estimated value of loss $480.00.

BURGLARY: On 8-22-20 police responded to the 200 block of Broad St for a stolen bicycle report.  Sometime between 8-5-20 and 8-21-20, actor(s) removed a 26” Haro mountain bike and a 29” Trek mountain bike from an unsecured garage.  Total estimated value of loss $970.00.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 8-24-20 police responded to the 600 block of Stony Battery Rd for a theft report.  Sometime between 8-21-20 at 1400 hrs and 8-24-20 0530 hrs, actor(s) removed multiple tools from a locked construction trailer.  Total estimated value of loss $8,343.00.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 8-24-20 Jose A Morales (45) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a one-vehicle accident in the 2600 block of Columbia Ave on 6-27-20.
