POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 8-14-20 a 17-year of age male student of Columbia was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from an incident 3-3-20 at Hempfield high School, 200 Stanley Ave.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 8-14-20 Jazmin Alejandra Perez-Jimenez (22) of Reading was charged with Driving Under the Influence (M) and two summary traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop 8-10-20 on Route 283 westbound in the area of Rohrerstown Rd.
HARASSMENT: On 8-14-20 Leonard Williams (29) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from a disturbance 8-13-20 in the 100 block of Madge Dr.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 8-14-20 police responded to Speedway, 1660 Rohrerstown Rd, for a check on the welfare. Following investigation, Alexy Torres-Figueroa (27) of Palmyra, was found to have 6 warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. Torres-Figueroa was taken into custody and turned over to a Deputy.
VEHICLE THEFT: On 8-14-20 police responded to the 1700 block of Auction Rd for a stolen vehicle report. Sometime between 0330-1300 hrs this date, actor(s) removed a vehicle from a residential property. The vehicle was located, unoccupied, in Clarks Summit, PA this same date.
PFA VIOLATION: On 8-14-20 police received a report of harassment by communications in the 1200 block of Woodworth Dr. Following investigation, Kristopher Ryan (31) of Pennington, NJ was charged with Indirect Criminal Contempt. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 8-14-20 police responded to the 100 block of Madge Dr for a disturbance. Following investigation, Tatyana Ortiz (21) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S).
RETAIL THEFT: On 8-16-20 police responded to Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft in progress. A witness observed 3 unidentified males loading various Dewalt and Craftsmen tools into a vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $3,000.00.
THEFT: On 8-17-20 police responded to the 900 block of Spoon Ave for a theft report. Sometime overnight, actor(s) removed the street sign for Spoon Ave and Links Ave. Total estimated value of loss $75.00.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 8-18-20 Brian Finnegan (23) of Millersville was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a traffic stop 8-14-20 in the 300 block of Wissler Way.
RETAIL THEFT: On 8-18-20 Kenda Good (44) of Peach Bottom was charged with Retail Theft (F3), stemming from an incident 7-5-20 at Royal Farms, 260 Rohrerstown Rd, where Good removed multiple food items from the store without making payment. A warrant was issued for her arrest.
THEFT: On 8-18-20 police received a theft report in the 200 block of Bethel Dr. On 8-9-20 a camera system, currency and tennis shoes were removed from the residence. Total estimated value of loss $4,624.00.
WEAPONS OFFENSE: On 8-20-20 police conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Rohrerstown Rd near Noll Dr. Following investigation, Clyde Miller Jr (29) of York was charged with Firearms not to be Carried without License (F3), Obstruction of Justice (F3) and 2 summary traffic violations. Miller was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison, where he was remanded, unable to post bail.
ROBBERY: On 8-20-20 at 2102 hrs police responded to the Hempfield High School football stadium, 1550 Kauffman Rd, for a robbery that just occurred. Three male suspects in a dark-colored 4-door sedan, exited the vehicle and ran after the victim. The victim dropped an iPhone, car keys and shoes while escaping and the suspects took the items. Total estimated value of loss $780.00.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 8-20-20 police conducted a traffic stop on the entrance ramp to Route 30 eastbound from Centerville Rd. The driver, Alexandria McDonnell (25) of Lancaster, was found to have 2 warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. McDonnell was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.
