Police Incidents from 8/1/19 thru 8/12/19
POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: On 8-1-19 police responded to a medical emergency at Salon Centric, 245 Centerville Rd. Following investigation, Bryn Seigfried (32) of Manheim was charged with 2 counts of Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
RETAIL THEFT: On 8-6-19 Tyler Powers (24) of York was cited with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident at That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd, on 7-31-19. Powers was observed on video surveillance removing an item from its packaging and placing it in his pocket. Total estimated loss $31.79.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 8-6-19 police received a report of a theft from vehicle. Sometime between 1830 and 2115 hours on 7-30-19, actor(s) removed a Lenova ThinkPad form a vehicle in the parking lot of Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd. Estimated value of Loss $940.00.
HARASSMENT: On 8-6-19 police responded to Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd, for an altercation. Following investigation, Douglas Maser (33) of East Petersburg was cited with Harassment (S).
ROBBERY: On 8-7-19 at 0122 hours police responded to the first block of Welsh Dr for a possible domestic disturbance. Following investigation, it was determined that 3 individuals entered an unlocked door, assaulted the victim and removed cash from the residence. Amount of loss is unknown at this time.
POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: On 8-9-19 Anthony Armold (34) of Willow Street was charged with Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M), Possession of Marijuana (M) and Possession of Controlled Substance (M), stemming from a reckless driver complaint 4/12/19 on RT 30 eastbound in the area of Good Dr.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS: On 8-9-19 police responded to Lancaster Tennis & Yacht Club for a burglar alarm. Upon arrival police located John Bunger (34) inside the kitchen. He was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Trespass (F3).
FORGERY: On 8-12-19 Sherell Gentry (24) of Chicago, IL was charged with 2 counts of Forgery (M1) and 2 counts of Procure Drug by Forgery (M), stemming from an incident at CVS, 630 Centerville Dr, on 8-4-19.
HOME IMPROVEMENT FRAUD: On 8-12-19 Henry Myers III (53) of Columbia was charged with False Statement to Induce Agreement for Home Improvement (F3), Misrepresent as Employee of Government Unit to Enter Agreement (F3) and Theft by Deception (M1), stemming from a written agreement to complete home improvement in the 1900 block of Speedwell Rd in July 2019. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 8-12-19 police responded to Bob Evans Restaurant, 3000 Hempland Rd, to serve an arrest warrant. Felicia Bigg-Carr (28) of Mountville had warrants through Carbon County Probation and also one through Hazelton City PD. She was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison without incident.
