POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 7/6/20 THRU 7/12/20

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 7-6-20 police responded to the 1500 block of Bloomfield Way for a reported vandalism.  Sometime on 7-6-20 between 0030-0500 hrs, actor(s) broke mailbox posts at two locations in this block.  Total estimated value of damage $30.00.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 7-6-20 police responded to the Travelodge Motel, 2101 Columbia Ave, for a disturbance.  Following investigation, Christopher Nissley (39) of York, was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Nissley was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 7-7-20 police responded to the 100 block of Main St for vandalism to vehicles.  Sometime between 7-6-20 at 1600 hrs and 7-7-20 at 0900 hrs, actor(s) made scratches in two vehicles parked along the roadway.  Total estimated value of damage $2,800.00.

HARASSMENT: On 7-7-20 police responded to the 2000 block of Swarr Run Rd for a domestic that just occurred.  Following investigation, Linda L Rivera (29) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S).

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 7-8-20 at 0220 hrs police were on patrol in the 1100 block of Nissley Rd and observed two damaged mailboxes.  In further checking the area, two damaged mailboxes were located in the 1500 block of Nissley Rd and two damaged mailboxes were located in the 1300 block of Pennscott Dr.  Total estimated value of damage $150.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 7-8-20 police responded to the 1300 block of Sylvan Rd for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 7-7-20 at 2000 hrs and 7-8-20 at 0800 hrs, actor(s) slashed a tire and keyed the driver’s side door of a vehicle.  Total estimated value of damage $400.00. 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 7-8-20 police received a vandalism report.  Sometime between 7-7-20 at 2000 hrs and 7-8-20 at 0800 hrs, actor(s) damaged a mailbox in the 1300 block of Sylvan Rd.  Total estimated value of damage $50.00.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 7-10-20 Kasandra Alvarado (31) of Oreland, PA was charged with Possession of Marijuana and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a traffic stop 5-10-20 on Route 283 westbound in the area of Landisville Rd.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 7-10-20 at 0018 hrs police responded to Marietta Ave and Robin Rd to assist fire police.  Following investigation, Zachary Violante (31) of Columbia was charged with Driving Under the Influence (M), Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M-2) and several summary traffic violations.

STRANGULATION: On 7-11-20 at 0454 hrs police responded to the first block of Colonial Crest Dr for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Jon Rashaad Poole (40) of Lancaster was charged with Strangulation (F2), Unlawful Restraint (M1), Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S).  Poole was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

THEFT: On 7-11-20 police responded to Warehouse Hotel, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd, for a theft report.  An I-Phone was left on a lobby table and taken by an unknown actor.  Total estimated value of loss $800.00.
