WARRANT SERVICE: On 7-30-21 police responded to The Lancaster Junction Rail Trail, 900 block S Colebrook Rd, for a check on the welfare. Following investigation, Anthony Wilson Jones (33) of Manheim was found to have a warrant through the Manheim Borough Police Department. Jones was taken into custody and turned over to a Manheim Borough Police Officer.
BURGLARY: On 7-31-21 police responded to the 600 block of Centerville Rd for a burglary report. Sometime between 7-30-21 at 1200 hrs and 7-31-21 at 1030 hrs, actor(s) gained entry by pushing in the back door and then damaged a window, basement plumbing and a window air conditioning unit. Total estimated value of damage $620.00.
HARASSMENT: On 7-31-21 police responded to Burger King, 330 Rohrerstown Rd, for a disturbance. Following investigation, Marquis Depree Green (38) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S).
SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 8-1-21 at 1912 hrs, police responded to the 2100 block of Swarr Run Rd for a domestic in progress. Following investigation, Elydia Amor (25) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M1), Resisting Arrest (M2) and Harassment (S). Amor was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
INVOLUNTARY DEVIATE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE: On 8-2-21 a 14-year-old male of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse (F1), 2 counts of Indecent Assault (M1) and Sexual Assault (F2), stemming from a report received 6-13-21.
SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 8-2-21 at 0232 hrs, police responded to the 3400 block of Columbia Ave for a domestic in progress. Following investigation, Sherry Brewer (48) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2) and Harassment (S), taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
INDECENT EXPOSURE: On 8-3-21 at 1434 hrs, police responded to the 2800 block of Terry Ln for a check on the welfare of a female laying naked in the grass. Following investigation, Tara Lynn Sapone (51) of Lancaster was charged with Indecent Exposure (M2) and Public Drunkenness (S). Sapone was also found to have a warrant through East Lampeter Township Police Department. She was taken into custody and turned over to East Lampeter Township Police.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 8-4-21 police conducted a premise check at the Red Carpet Inn, 2101 Columbia Ave., where they encountered Juan Ortiz-Reyes (62) of Lancaster. Ortiz-Reyes was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. Ortiz-Reyes was taken into custody and turned over to a Lancaster County Sheriff’s Deputy.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 8-6-21 police received a theft from vehicle report in the 1000 block of Chapel Forge Ct. Sometime between 8-5-21 at 2000 hrs and 8-6-21 at 0800 hrs, actor(s) entered 2 unlocked vehicles and removed a 9mm Taurus handgun, cash and a ring. Total estimated value of loss $3,470.00.
SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 8-7-21 police responded to the 2800 block of Dell Ln for a domestic in progress. Following investigation, Jorge Armando Feliciano-Alvarado (37) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2), Disorderly Conduct (M3), Criminal Mischief (S), Flight to Avoid Apprehension (M2) and Unlawful Restraint (M1). Feliciano-Alvarado was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison, where he was remanded, unable to post bail.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 8-9-21 police responded to the 2500 block of Columbia Ave for a theft from vehicle report. Sometime between 1830-2015 hrs this date, actor(s) removed a purse from an unlocked vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $370.00.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 8-9-21 police responded to Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave, for a suspicious activity. Following investigation, Michelle Sands (36) of Lancaster was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster City Bureau of Police. Sands was taken into custody and turned over to a Lancaster City Police Officer.
