HARASSMENT: On 7-24-20 Jeffrey Freiberg (49) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 7-22-20 at Turkey Hill, 298 E Main St.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 7-24-20 police responded to the 900 block of S Colebrook Rd for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 1730 hrs on 7-23-20 and 0830 hrs on 7-24-20, actor(s) cut down numerous stalks of corn from a field.  Total estimated value of damage $200.00.

HARASSMENT: On 7-25-20 police responded to Rohrerstown Rd at Albern Blvd for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Daniel Fryberger (32) of Lebanon was cited with Harassment (S).

WARRANT SERVICE: On 7-25-20 police responded to the 1700 block of Ridgeview Ave for a check on the welfare.  Following investigation, Amber Rapp (35) of Lancaster was found to have warrants through York County Sheriff’s Department.  Rapp was taken into custody and turned over to a York County Sheriff.

ARSON: On 7-26-20 police responded to the 1600 block of English Brook Dr for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Nicolas Hershey (19) of Landisville was charged with Arson (F2), Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and Criminal Mischief (M3).  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 7-27-20 police responded to Landisville Community Pool, 50 Elmwood Ave, for a disturbance in progress.  It was reported that a silver Dodge Dakota, unknown registration, was observed in the gravel parking lot doing donuts.  Total estimated value of damage $1,000.00.

BURGLARY: On 7-29-20 at 0232 hrs police responded to Tropical Tan, 2831 Columbia Ave for an alarm sounding and found the front door of the business to be shattered.  Following investigation, no items appeared to be missing.  Total estimated value of damage $1,000.00.

THEFT: On 7-30-20 Lucchere Striver (38) of Lancaster was charged with Theft (M1), Theft by Deception (M1) and Criminal Conspiracy-Theft (M1), stemming from an incident 7-2-20 at Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd.  Striver retrieved a pre-paid screen gazebo, posing as the online purchaser.  Total estimated value of loss $686.88.

HARBOR DANGEROUS DOG: On 7-30-20 Jordan Young (40) of Landisville was cited with Harboring Dangerous Dog (S), stemming from an incident 7-24-20 on Kauffman Rd and Stony Battery Rd.  Young’s dog attacked and severely injured another dog.

THEFT: On 7-31-20 police responded to the 200 block of Stanley Ave for a theft report.  Sometime between 7-30-20 at 2100 hrs and 7-31-20 at 1400 hrs, actor(s) removed a political sign from a yard.  Total estimated value of loss $12.00.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 7-31-20 Gerry Allison (35) of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from an incident 6-13-20 in the 100 block of S Spring Cir.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 8-3-20 police responded to Turkey Hill, 1991 State Rd, for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation Kadon Woodard (20) of Lancaster was found to have a warrant through the Pennsylvania State Police.  Woodard was taken into custody and turned over to the Pennsylvania State Police.
