CONFINEMENT OF DOGS: On 7-22-19 Brittany Dipaolo (32) of Lancaster was cited with Confinement of Dogs (S), stemming from an incident 7-16-19 in the 800 block of Rohrerstown Rd, where Dipaolo’s dog was found running loose.

CYBER HARASSMENT: On 7-24-19 a 12-year old female was charged with Cyber Harassment (M3), stemming from an incident 7-15-19 in the 100 block of Springbrook Ct.

ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO ATTENDED VEHICLE: On 7-24-19 Tyler Weatherell (27) of Lancaster was charged with Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle (M3) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a hit and run crash in the parking lot of McDonald’s, 1755 Columbia Ave, on 6-22-19.

HARASSMENT: On 7-25-19 Jessica Jones (37) of Harrisburg was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an altercation at Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd, on 6-26-19.

RETAIL THEFT: On 7-25-19 police responded to Turkey Hill, 23 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft report.  A male was observed placing multiple items into a backpack and leaving the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $135.69.

DEFIANT TRESPASS: On 7-27-19 police responded to Wheatland Hills Apartments, 190 Colonial Crest Dr, for a trespassing complaint.  Following investigation, Vidal Colon Sr (61) of Lancaster was cited with Defiant Trespass (S).

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 7-29-19 at 0320 hours police responded to the 100 block of Treetops Dr for a reported suspicious person shining a flashlight in cars.  Johnathan Carlos Carmona (23) of Lancaster was found sitting in the passenger seat of a victim’s vehicle in this area.  Following investigation, Carmona was taken into custody, charged with 3 counts of Theft from Vehicle (M3), 3 counts of Loitering and Prowling at Night (M3) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.  Police are furthering their investigation into other thefts from vehicle occurring in the area this same date. If anyone had items taken from their vehicle in this area or their vehicle entered on the above date, please contact EHTPD. 

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 7-29-19 Kirk Clawson (25) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S), stemming from a disturbance at Burger King, 330 Rohrerstown Rd, on 7-23-19.

THEFT: On 7-30-19 police responded to Community Aid, 31 Rohrerstown Rd, for a reported theft.  A purple Vera Bradley purse with cash and a cellphone in it was left in a shopping cart.  Total estimated value of loss $822.00.

THEFT: On 7-30-19 police responded to Turkey Hill, 23 Centerville Rd, for a reported theft.  An Apple IPhone XS Max was left on a vehicle for 10 minutes and was taken.  Total estimated value of loss $1,335.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 7-31-19 police responded to That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft report.  A female was observed on video surveillance placing multiple items in her pockets and in a coffee cup she brought with her.  Total estimated value of loss $46.59.

THEFT: On 7-31-19 police responded to Toomey and Toomey Medical, 1950 Marietta Ave, for a theft report.  Sometime between 7-30-19 at 1930 hours and 7-31-19 at 0930 hours, actor(s) removed cash, personal checks and 15-20 Ativan pills.  Total estimated value of loss $250.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 7-31-19 Julie Ann Moore (20) of Lancaster and Sherry Brewer (46) of Lancaster were both charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from a shoplifting incident at Dollar General, 3515 Columbia Ave, on 7-15-19.  Total amount of items taken and recovered $51.75.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 7-31-19 Dillon O’Dell (25) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of DUI (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a vehicle crash on State Rd in the area of S Colebrook Rd on 7-27-19.

RETAIL THEFT: On 7-31-19 police responded to That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd, for a report of a retail theft.  A male was observed on video surveillance removing items from their packaging, placing them on his person and leaving without making payment on 7-28-19.  Following investigation, Brian Keith Martin (60) of Harrisburg was charged with Retail Theft (M1).  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

BURGLARY: On 8-1-19 at 2236 hours police responded to the 2900 block of Bowman Rd for a reported burglary.  Actor(s) forced entry into a residence and removed cash and multiple pieces of jewelry.  Unknown value of loss at this time.  Estimated value of damage $1,000.00.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 8-5-19 Earl John Root (29) of Manheim was charged with Theft from Vehicle (M1), stemming from an incident in the 600 block of Springton Way on 6-25-19. 

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 8-5-19 Traevon Hinton (23) of East Petersburg was charged with Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a traffic stop on the RT 30 westbound on ramp at Rohrerestown Rd on 6-28-19.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 8-5-19 Darren Myer (30) of York was charged with 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5 counts of Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M) and Possession of Marijuana (M), stemming from a traffic stop on RT 30 westbound in the area of Centerville Rd on 5-1-19.
